Cutlery Solutions Michal Brzeski carried out a project titled „Multistage knife sharpening system with machining parament control” in 2018-2021. „Multistage knife sharpening system with machining parament control system” The aim of the project was to develop an innovative knife sharpening system that will ensure the imparting of optimal blade tip geometry, in a repeatable and controlled manner. The designed system has a control system for the sharpening process and ensures an increase in the life of the blade and reduces the forces and moments generated in the process of cutting with a butcher knife.

The aim of the project is to develop a product innovation in the form of a series of butcher knives covered with coatings with non-stick, anti-bacterial and anti-corrosive properties.

Cutlery Solutions Michal Brzeski is implementing a project entitled. „Expanding the offer of Cutlery Solutions Michał Brzeski through the implementation of an innovative flexible production technology as a form of limiting the effects of the COVID-19 epidemic.” The project aims to expand Cutlery Solutions’ product range with knives, blades and parts for machines and automatic food processing lines through the implementation of an innovative flexible technology for shaping steel components.
